【ご依頼の際の注意事項】
・データのサイズや形式に指定がある場合は、必ずご依頼時にお申し付けください。
　※AI形式でのデータ作成には対応しておりません。
・追加料金（お急ぎ料）を頂くことで、ご依頼の優先順位を上げることが可能です。
　※基本的に、納期を1か月早めるごとに＋10,000円となります。
・制作開始予定月になってもクライアント様とご連絡が取れない場合、スケジュールを変更またはキャンセル扱いとさせていただく場合がございます。
・実績として公開できないご依頼はお受けしておりません。

【制作開始後の注意事項】
・基本的な制作の流れは「ラフスケッチ → 線画 → 塗り① → 塗り② → 完成」となっており、各工程ごとにご確認をお願いしております。
・リテイクは各確認段階につき2回までとさせていただきます。
　※3回目以降の修正には、追加料金が発生いたします。
・ラフスケッチ完成後に大幅な修正（モチーフや構図の変更など）が発生する場合は、追加料金をいただきます。
・ご依頼者様のご都合により、指定納期までに制作が完了できなかった場合、その責任は負いかねます。

【納品後の注意事項】
・作品を初公開される際は、基本的に「Artwork : 幽妃 - yuki -」のクレジット表記をお願いいたします。
　※事情によりクレジット表記が難しい場合は、事前にご相談ください。
・納品したデザインの内容を無断で改変することを禁止します。（例：配色変更・ロゴ配置変更など）
・納品したデザインを第三者に無断で譲渡・転売・再配布することを禁止します。

【お支払いに関する注意事項】
・基本的に、ラフスケッチが完成した段階でのお支払いをお願いしております。
・お支払い方法は、銀行振込またはPayPal決済のみ対応しております。
　※PayPal決済の場合、通常料金の5％分を上乗せした金額でのお支払いとなります。
・期日までにお支払いいただけない場合、延滞料を請求させていただく場合がございます。

【著作権・利用範囲について】
・納品後も著作権は幽妃 - yuki - に帰属します。
・AI学習素材やNFT等への無断転用を禁止します。

​

【キャンセル・返金について】
・制作開始後のキャンセルは原則としてお受けできません。
・やむを得ずキャンセルとなる場合、進行状況に応じて制作費の一部を請求させていただく場合がございます。

【Important Notes for Commission Requests】

• If you have specific requirements for data size or file format, please inform me when placing your order.
  　※AI (Adobe Illustrator) file format is not supported.

• Priority can be increased by adding a rush fee.
  　※As a general rule, each month the deadline is shortened = +¥10,000.

• If I am unable to contact the client during the scheduled start month, the project may be rescheduled or canceled.

• I do not accept commissions that cannot be shown publicly as part of my portfolio.

【Notes After Production Begins】

• The basic workflow is: Rough Sketch → Line Art → Base Color → Final Color → Completion, with confirmation at each stage.

• Revisions are limited to two rounds per stage.
  　※Additional revisions (third or more) will incur extra charges.

• Major changes after the rough sketch (e.g., motif or composition changes) will require an additional fee.

• I cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by the client’s circumstances.

【After Delivery】

• When first publishing the artwork, please credit as: Artwork: 幽妃 - yuki -
  　※If including credit is difficult for any reason, please contact me in advance.

• Unauthorized modification of the delivered design (e.g., color changes, logo repositioning) is strictly prohibited.

• Redistribution, resale, or transfer of the delivered design to third parties is not allowed without permission.

 

 

【Payment Policy】

• Payment is requested after the rough sketch is completed.

• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or PayPal.
  　※For PayPal payments, an additional 5% service fee will be applied.

• A late fee may be charged if payment is not made by the due date.

 

 

【Copyright & Usage Rights】

• Copyright remains with 幽妃 - yuki -, even after delivery.

• Unauthorized use for AI training datasets, NFTs, or similar purposes is strictly prohibited.

 

 

【Cancellation & Refund Policy】

• Cancellations after production begins are not accepted in principle.

• In unavoidable cases, partial fees may be charged based on the progress stage of the project.
